Returns and Exchanges

To help with your shopping experience and to show our dedication to excellent customer service, we are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund. The goods should be returned to us unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact and all garments should be in a proper resaleable condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt otherwise.

Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

Please use the returns label enclosed within your original order. Please note that postage will need to be paid for and that adequate proof of postage will be required from your Post Office in case of any damage or loss.

In order to return your goods you will need to print off a copy of the invoice that was originally issued via email. The order confirmation cannot be accepted. Without this invoice goods will only be exchanged at the value currently being charged and no refund will be given.
